Judge Denies Request From Stormy Daniels Lawyer Michael Avenatti To Depose Trump

A California federal judge denied Stormy Daniels’ request to force Donald Trump to submit a deposition regarding their supposed agreement whereby she would receive money in exchange for keeping quiet about their alleged affair. S. James Otero, the US District Court Judge, said the “Plaintiff’s motion is premature and must be denied.”

As the world knows by now, the 39-year-old adult film actress claims she was paid $130,000 personally by Trump’s lawyer to keep quiet during his 2016 presidential campaign.

Earlier this month, Daniels announced her intention to sue Donald Trump because he supposedly didn’t sign the non-disclosure agreement.

Daniels intends to get out of the contractual obligation, possibly to write a book and capitalize on it as much as possible. As it was previously reported, Daniels’ and Trump’s alleged relationship was when Melania was expecting their son, Barron.

Despite the contrary ruling for Daniels and her attorney, Michael Avanatti, they both seem confident that the court will eventually overturn their decision.

The lawyer posted a message on Twitter earlier where he stated their case could pick up steam. You can see the original tweet above.

On the 29th of March, Michale said: “they also destroy David Schwartz’s claims that the motion was without merit.” Stormy recently made an appearance on Anderson Cooper’s show on the 25th of March where she talked about the incident.

During her interview on 60 Minutes, Daniels said she isn’t ok with people thinking that she’s an opportunist who’s attempting to make money off the Trump-ordeal. She added, “yes, I’m getting more job offers now,” but she said there isn’t a person in the world who wouldn’t turn down a job in her situation.
